About Reservations

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our check in and check out times are the following:

Day Tour - 8am to 4pm

Night Tour - 4pm to 12mn

Overnight stay - 2pm to 11am

Overnight stay must have room accommodation.

Do you have rooms available? How much?

Yes, we have villas available for accommodation. Villa rates are available in our website, www.ameliasresort.com

We also have tents available for rent. It is provided with airbed at a reasonable price.

What are included in villas?

Inclusions for villa accommodation are complimentary breakfast, free use of swimming pool, free use of woodcraft set,

 internet connection and bathroom

Can we check-in early/check-out late?

Request for early check-in and late check-out will be handled based on resort or room availability and an extension fee of Php 900

Can I make a reservation on the phone?

Yes, you can and your reservation is duly noted. But it will be considered temporary and can be cancelled at any time if another

guest makes a confirmed reservation for date.

How do I make a confirmed reservation?

For confirmed reservation, a deposit of at least 40% of the total reservation must be made. You may pay cash or thru our Gcash account

to be provided by the resort receptionist

Do you have online booking?

For online booking you may visit our website, www.ameliasresort.com

Can we pay with credit cards?

Not yet, our resort does not have credit card facility. We only accept cash payments and payment thru our GCASH account.,

What happens when I cannot check in on the date of my confirmed reservation due to travel schedule changes or any other reason? Will there be charges for cancelled bookings?

You may contact our receptionist at least 3 days prior to your check-in to either cancel or reschedule your confirmed reservation.

For reschedule of your reservation, we may allow it but will depend on the availability of the resort.

For cancelled reservation, the resort will allow the refund but 10% will be deducted on the full reservation amount or Php 1000 whichever is higher

About Policies

Do you allow pets?

Pets are allowed in the resort premises. The owner is responsible if it produce dirt or damages to the resort amenities

Can we bring tents and set it up on the resort grounds?

We have  available tents that can be rented. We allow guest to bring tents but an extra fee will be charged.

Do you have corkage fees for cooked food/beverages brought from outside the resort?

We don't charge corkage fee on cooked food but we do charge on liquors and alcoholic drinks brought from outside the resort.

Can we cook our own food in the villas?

Our villas do not have kitchen but the resort provided area to cook and grill food. Guests are responsible to maintain the cleanliness of resort's kitchen after use.

We have designated trash bins and need to segregate garbage's

The resort has its own restaurant and coffee shop and pool bar for guests convenience. We encourage guests to try our menu.

About Amenities

Do you have parking space?

Yes,the resort provides parking space for all our guests

Do you have free WIFI?

Yes, we have wireless internet access available to our guests. You will be provided a username and password upon check in

Do you offer smoking rooms?

All guest rooms are non-smoking. Our guests are provided smoking are in the resort.

PRIVACY POLICY

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms, cottages, and public dining areas. Smoking shall only be allowed at designated smoking areas.

  • . The guest shall observe and heed all safety precautions and warning signs issued by the management within the resort premises.

  • Food and drinks are available at the resort, however, we currently allow our guests to bring their food and drinks but with payment of corkage fee on all kinds of drinks.

  • The use of proper swimwear is strictly observed in the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. only. Children under seven (12) years of age must be accompanied by an adult and must always be supervised by an adult.

  • The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Resort property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible. We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge for any damage incurred to your unit or the Resort during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

  • The resort has parking spaces allotted for its guests. Drivers of the vehicles must surrender their driver’s license or any other form of government ID with the security upon entry at the parking area of the resort. The resort assumes no liability for any loss and/or damages to the vehicles parked therein and to the valuables left inside the vehicles.

  • Personal Belongings. Guests are reminded to mind their personal belongings. A safe is at hand to keep valuables secured. The Resort is not liable for such loss if there is negligence on the part of the guest, and after investigation, there is no evidence to warrant any negligence or mischief on the part of the Resort or its staff.

  • Pet policy: pets are allowed in the resort premises. Owners will be responsible if it produces dirt and damages to the resort amenities.

  • Disturbance. The Resort’s Management reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or Resort staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.

  • Customer Service. Customer Service is available to handle any complaints relating to Resort reservations. Please contact us by sending email to info@ameliasresort.com

  • In case of emergencies requiring medical attention, Resort guest may request assistance from the Resort to bring the ailing guest to a hospital whereby they shall be accompanied by the Resort staff. Any cost incurred in relation thereto shall however be for the account of the guest.

  • Walk-in overnight guests without reservations coming 5pm onwards will not be accommodated by the resort.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENT AND RATES

  • Reservations may be done through the website (www.ameliasresort.com), telephone ( (043)321-9732 or +63 917 146 2986 or +63 917 124 4231), or e-mail (info@ameliasresort.com).

  • Changes to the details provided. It is your responsibility to inform the Resort Reservations any changes to the details you gave as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund. Also, the Resort will not be held liable for the delay or failure to carry out an obligation or arrangement of the changes due to your failure or delay in informing the changes. In such cases of failure or delay, the Resort must be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform the obligation or arrangement.

  • Bills must be settled upon arrival either by payment in G-Cash payment or Cash payment; down payments are at least 40% of the total bill.

  • Any special requests made during the booking process for extra services, altered check-in/check-out timings, or specific villas or views are subject to availability and may result in extra fees. Until check-in, requests cannot be guaranteed.

  • All room rates and day tour rates are subject to adjustment without prior notice.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

  • Necessary cancellation, rebooking, rearranging must be three days prior to the reserved date otherwise, it may not be permitted.

  • 10% of the full reservation amount or Php1000 whichever is higher will be deducted

  • No show policy: no appearance three hours after the reserve time and date, booking will be voided

GUEST REGISTRATION, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • The Resort is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid ID or any valid proof of identity to the Resort receptionist

  • For day tour, check-in is at 8am and check-out is at 4pm. For night tour, check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 12mn. Guest may request late check-out and charges will be given upon final payments.

  • For overnight stay, check in is at 2pm and check out is at 11am of the next day.

  • Early check-in/Late check-out privileges are subject to availability and extension fee of Php 900, maximum of 3 hours

  • The check-in and check-out times are to be strictly observed.

  • The resort gates close at 9:00 p.m., hence, overnight staying guests must check-in before said time.

  • Room keys must be deposited at the reception area whenever guests leave the premises of the Resort and at the time of check-out. Lost keys will be charged against the account of the guest.

SECURITY

  • To ensure the security of the resort and the guests, the gate of the resort closes at 9:00 p.m.

  • Bringing in of fireworks, firearms, and other deadly weapons into the resort is strictly prohibited and violators will be dealt with accordingly.

 RESORT LIABILITY

  • These Resort Rules' requirements must be followed by visitors. The resort has the authority to revoke the agreement on the provision of lodging services if a guest violates these regulations before the predetermined time has passed.

  • The resort, its management, and employees shall not be held liable for any damages or loss incurred by any person by reason of the consumption of the food and/or drinks brought into the resort, or resort food and/or drinks brought out of the premises without prior arrangement.

 CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All personal information furnished by the guests in relation to their transactions with the resort shall be held private and confidential and will not be disclosed to third

  • parties except to the extent as required by law.

 AMENDMENTS

  • The Resort reserves the right to amend the Resort Policies at any time.

 EFFECTIVITY

  • Resort Policies have been in effect since September 2022
